Number of players: 2-unlimited
Print off one set of shape game cards per player. (link below)
Print off one score sheet per player. (link below)
Teachers: Give each student one score sheet and one sheet of
shape cards. Have the students color all the shapes on both sheets. Cut
out shape cards. Have each student place his score sheet in front of him
along with a writing utensil. Give each student his stack of colored
shape cards. Have the students hold their shape cards in their hands.
Parents: Same as above.
Play Instructions: Tell the players that when you say, “go”,
they are to take their top game card and hold it out in front of them
and then drop it and watch it float to the table or ground. If the card
lands with the shape face up then that player should circle that shape
on his score sheet. If the card lands shape down then he doesn’t score
a point and shouldn’t circle that shape. Continue saying “Go” and
having all players drop their cards. Once all cards have been dropped,
all players should count their circled shapes.
How to win: The first player with the most circled shapes is the
winner.
