Number of players:  2 - 6.  (Classrooms should split students into 2 groups of 6.)
Print off 1 set of all 4 color sheets per 4 players.  (If only 2 players print off 1 set and use double the amount of cards.)
Print off 1 game board per group of players.  If in a classroom, print off 1 game board per group.
Print off 1 game dice per group of players.

Teachers: Create the game dice by the instructions on the dice sheet.  1 dice per group of players.  
Separate students into groups of 6.  Give each student 1 color card sheet (12 cards on the sheet) and have them color all the cards on the sheet the same color as the word.  If it says RED then have them color all the cards red, if BLUE all cards should be colored blue.  

Cut all the cards out.  Put cards in piles by color.  If in groups of 6 count out 18 red cards, 18 blue cards, 18 green cards and 18 yellow cards and put those cards in one stack.  This will be the deck of cards used for the first group of 6 players.  Separate the remaining cards into piles by color.  There should also be 18 in each pile.  Shuffle the first deck.  Then shuffle the second deck.  Pass out the first deck of cards to the first group of 6 players. All players should have 12 cards. Pass out the second deck of cards to the second group of 6 players.  Have players separate their cards in piles by color and place them in front of them on the table.  Place the game board in the center of the 6 players.  Give the dice to player number 1, usually the youngest player.  

Parents:  Same as above.  If a smaller number of players then either hand out more cards to each player or count out 3 of each color per player, then shuffle the cards and hand them out.  

Play Instructions:  The youngest player is to roll the dice first.  If that player has a card that is the same color as stated on the dice then they are to place that color card on-top-of that color square on the board.  Then the next player rolls.  If they roll a LOSE TURN then they pass the dice to the next player and don't get to play that turn.  If they roll a WILD they can place any color card they want on the game board.

How to win: The first player to get rid of all his cards is the winner.
