Blast
Off (MG)
(Players walk around a picture of earth. Players who land
closest to the arrows each turn get a ticket to blast off and get
to pick up a paper rocket and run around earth. Teaches
about rockets.)
Fun with Food (MG)
(Each player gets a picture of a plate of food. Players take turn
answering questions about manners at the dinner table. If
they get the answer correct, they choose a card. If the card
is a salt shaker, they shake salt from a paper shaker onto one
food group on their plate. First to salt all 4 food groups
wins.)

(Run and get number cards, run back and place in order on your
board.)
Active Stories
The
Lazy Cat that Played with the Rat (LG)
(A fun rhyming
story. Then the players use letter cards to spell the
rhyming words. They get a picture card with the word on it
to help them figure out which letter cards to use.)
The Five Senses (BG)
(Discuss the five senses with the players. Read a fun poem
about the five senses. Have the players color a picture
about the senses and then cut each picture into strips. Have
the players put their picture back together.)
A Pocket Full of Luck (CHG)
(A boy brings his lucky penny to show-and-tell and it gets lost and his
best friend finds it.)

Telephone
Number (NG)
(Each player writes down his phone number or an adult writes it
down for him. The moderator is to hold up a number card and
if a player has that number in his phone number he's to circle it.
First player to have all his numbers circled is the winner.)
Magic Carpet (IG)
(Players color a picture of a magic carpet. They then sit on
their carpets and are encouraged to tell stories about going to
their favorite place, about a place they want to go to or they can
make up a place that they think would be wonderful. This is
to encourage them to share their feelings.)
Animal Tracks (AG)
(Players talk about common animals. They color animal
pictures and use footprint stencils to trace animal tracks.)
Animal Sizes (AG)
(Activity sheets with large and small animals. Children color all
large animals one color and small another color.)
Connect the Letters (LG) 
(Activity sheets where players connect the uppercase letters to
their lower case letter partner, creating pictures.)
Board Games
Up
and Down Stairs (NG)
(Players get their own game board of up and down stairs.
Number cards are turned over and players are to color that number
of stairs, going up first, then down. First player to color
the last stair wins. Teaches numbers and the concept of up
and down.)
Ant Farm (AG)
(Tell players facts about ants. Give each player a game
board and game cards. They flip their cards to find ants and
place them on the board. First player to find all 8 ants
wins. Teaches interesting facts about common ants.)
Bite
the Apple
(MG)
(Answer fun fruit questions, rip parts of an apple and place in
the mouth. Fun Q&A
game.)
Magical Money (MG)
(Use a magic wand to make pennies, dimes etc…. appear.)
Card Games
Roll
High or Low (NG)
(Roll a dice that will land on either higher or
lower. Players turn over one card at a time, whichever
player has either the highest or lowest number card, matching what
they rolled on the dice, takes the pair. Player with the
most pairs in the end wins. Teaches high and low numbers 1 -
10.)
Pick
that Color (CG)
(Each player gets a sheet of color strips. They close their
eyes and touch the game board and if they touch a color spot they
tear off that color sheet and place it in a discard pile.
Teaches colors and coordination.)
On the Road (MG)
(Players turn over cards, if they find a picture of a vehicle that
belongs on the road then they place that card on their game
board.)

Touch
Two Shapes (SG)
(Each
player gets two matching game boards with the same shapes.
They are to close their eyes and try to touch the same shape on
each game board. If they do they color that shape on the
score sheet. Player with the most matches wins.
Enhances memory, coordination and knowledge of shapes.)
Where's the Ant? (AG)
(Find matching pairs of Queen Ants, Worker Ants and Male Ants.
Dress up 3 ants, 1 of each kind to win. Teaches about ants.)

(CG)
(Choose two cards at a time to find their match. Cards show various
colors.)
Paper Ball Games
Hungry
Squirrel (AG) 
(Each player gets a picture of a squirrel and colors it.
They learn facts about squirrels. They throw small paper
balls at their squirrel picture and get a point for each one that
lands on the picture.)
Guessing Game (NG)
(Students get a score sheet with numbers 1,2,3 and 4 on top.
They are to write any of those 4 numbers in a square. Then
the moderator places a random number of paper balls into a tube
and reveals how many were in there. If the number the
players wrote in their square matches the number of paper balls in
the tube then they get a point. Teaches counting and writing
numbers.)
Race
for Shapes (SG)
(2 teams roll paper balls down paper slides and the winners of each round
win a shape card. First team with all 9 shape cards wins.)

You
print the dice and create them yourself.
Math
by Dots (NG)
(Players take turns rolling a set of dice. Then they add up
the total number by counting the dots on the dice and color in
that total amount of dots on their score sheet. They take
two turns and then add up the total of those two turns.
Teaches a simple match concept.)
Face and Senses (BG)
(Discuss
the five senses. Each player gets a blank face picture and
players take turns rolling a dice with facial feature pictures on
it, and then drawing the feature they land on, onto their blank
face picture. Teaches the senses and facial features.)
Dots (NG)
(Roll a dice with numbers on it.
Land on a number and fill in that many dots on your score
sheet. Player with all
his dots filled in wins.)
Pass to the Right or Left – sharing (CHG)
(Pass cards to the right, left etc… learning to share.)

Dial
911 (MG)
(Discuss the importance of dialing 911. Discuss what
emergencies are and the type of people you should go to when in
need of help such as: police, firemen etc... Practice
dialing 911 on a picture. Color the puzzle and cut and put
it back together.)
My Favorite Things (MG)
(Players talk about their favorite animal and food and learn what
the word favorite means. Then they draw their favorite
animal and food in a blank space on the puzzle sheet. Then
you cut the puzzle into 4 strips and players try to put their
puzzles back together.)
Stackables
Light
or Heavy (MSG)
(Talk about what light and heavy means. Name light objects
and heavy objects. Create and color blocks with pictures of
light and heavy objects on them. Create stacks of blocks
with all light objects showing, and heavy objects showing etc...
Teaches the concept of light and heavy.)
Pile that Rhymes (MG)
(The blocks have pictures/words that rhyme on them and players are
to pile the blocks with the rhyming words on top of each other.
Teaches rhyming.)

Setting (MG)
(Hunt for items in a table setting. Practice placing the
items on the table in the correct place. Color the items.)
Find 4 Letters (LG)
(Each player gets a picture with something that starts with the
letter of the day. Players hunt for letter cards and when
they find 4 they return to their picture and place the letter
cards on the letter spots on the picture. Teaches letters)
Hunt for the Blue Whale (AG)
(This is a treasure hunt and card game all in one. It
teaches about the Blue Whale.)
