Teachers: Give each student two holiday card sheets. Have each
child color the sheets. Cut one of their card sheets into holiday cards.
The other sheet will be used as a playing board.
Parents: Give each player two holiday card sheets. Have each
color his sheets. Cut one of the card sheets into cards and use the
other as a playing board.
Play Instructions: A non-player is to hide all of the players
cards either inside or outside. All players are to hunt for the holiday
cards finding only one of each type. 9 total. When a player finds one of
the holiday cards he is to bring it back to his playing board and place
that card on the matching square. Then he is to go and hunt for the
other cards.
How to win: The first player to find all 9 cards and place them
on his playing board is the winner. Then you can talk about what each
card means and discuss the importance of the holiday.
