Earlier she heard her mom say that a thunder storm was coming. She didn’t like thunder. She spotted some very dark clouds in the sky. Her mom told her those were rain clouds. She noticed a few rain drops hitting the window sill. 2. Items = (tv) Suddenly she heard a loud boom and knew the thunder storm was beginning. She first turned on her tv and turned up the volume really loud so she wouldn’t hear the thunder. But she remembered that her mom said it was safer to turn off the tv in a thunder storm. How else can I drown out the thunder so Idon’t hear it? She thought. 3. Items = (hair brush) She decided to try singing loudly, using her hair brush as a fake microphone. Boom, Boom went the thunder.
